Overview
I’m currently part of the Production team on an unannounced title at NaturalMotion Games, where I work closely with cross-functional teams to support the development and delivery of major gameplay features. My role extends beyond traditional production responsibilities; I actively analyze and refine our existing pipelines to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. A key part of my contribution has been the design and implementation of custom automations—primarily using Google Sheets and Jira—to eliminate repetitive manual tasks, reduce human error, and improve overall efficiency. These systems have significantly enhanced our scheduling accuracy, data consistency, and team productivity. By combining my production skills with a strong technical foundation, I help the team maintain high-quality output while continuously optimizing how we work.
